About

Hey, I'm Yolanda.

Harlem born, Harlem raised, with a Staten Island mom and a Bronx dad. So technically I'm three boroughs deep. Mom of two girls. Founder of Eden Rae Co. Marketing student at Baruch College. And yes, I have a system for that.

My friends never let me live it down. Google Calendar, to-do lists, whiteboards, notebooks, planners. If it exists, I can build a system around it. If it's chaos, even better.

I always say life is storms. You're either heading into one, in the middle of one, or catching your breath after one. I've been in all three. For a while my world got small. Now I'm in my rebuilding era. I'm reconnecting with my friends and family, putting myself back out there, taking care of my health, finishing my degree and building a company. I'm not doing it perfectly. I'm doing it out loud.

My approach

How I show up

People bring me the heavy stuff. "I don't know who I am." "I don't know where I'm going." "I don't know how to start." I'll hold your hand and talk it through with you out loud. No question is dumb. No option is off the table. And I'll stay with you through whatever comes next, good or bad.

If you feel like nobody sees you, I see you. Even in a crowd.

That's how I do marketing too. No fluff. No jargon. Just what's working, what's not, and what we're doing about it Monday morning.

My values

My non-negotiables

Faith

Prayer first. Everything else after.

Family

My girls are my why. Period.

Advocacy

If moms and women starting over need a voice, I'm loud.

Curiosity

I ask "why" a lot. It's a gift and a problem.

Equity

Everybody deserves a real shot and the tools to take it.

Founder

Why I built Eden Rae

Moms carry everything, and nobody hands us a system. So I built one. Then I built support for the families who need it most. Then I built the marketing help I wish I'd had when I started.

EdenRae OS

A household operating system for busy families.

After the storm

I'm one of you.

I'm not ahead of you. I'm not better than you. I've been where you are, and some days I still am. I'm surviving, I'm making a way, and I'm putting me first. You can too. No matter what, there's always a way forward after the storm.
